The management of JSC «VPO «ZAES» is committed to meet customer requirements and other statutory and regulatory requirements.
We strive to be a leader in the provision of services in the field of quality in the nuclear industry, which contributes to nuclear and radiation safety of nuclear facilities (nuclear facilities) and the safe development of nuclear energy industry in general, not only Russia, but also objects of its cooperation abroad.
For us quality - one of the enduring principles of our philosophy, our thinking, our way of life approach to any problem at hand, the end result of collective efforts of the entire staff of the organization, the ultimate measure of our success.

The company's management controls, evaluate the effectiveness of quality management system is constantly working on its improvement and is committed to ensure that the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001-2008 (ISO 9001:2008) and continually improve its effectiveness.
Therefore, the main focus of our Quality Policy are:
• continuous learning requirements, demands and expectations of customers and other interested parties;
• improvement in the delivery of services to communicate with suppliers for nuclear facilities in order to ensure at all stages of the life cycle of its excellent quality, satisfying the requirements;
• involvement of all personnel in the organization to ensure and improve the quality of services provided;
• documentation, monitoring and evaluation activities within the organization at all levels;
• Recognize and encourage the creativity and contribution of the staff of the organization;
• continuing education (training, skills development) within the organization and making it necessary procedures of quality management;
• Improve customer interaction (feedback) on the quality of services provided;
• Continuous improvement of the existing quality management system and its processes as a result of systematic, audits (inspections), and management review.
